To achieve these objectives, Energy Team has implemented a Management System for Quality, Environment, Energy, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards. These international standards provide a solid framework to guide our actions consistently and in line with recognized best practices.

We continuously monitor and improve our Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Energy, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security. Through data analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement, we identify opportunities for improvement.

We recognize that information is a valuable asset and that its security is essential to protect our customers’ privacy, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, and ensure business continuity.

We promote worker consultation and participation through the election of their representative, recognizing that employee involvement and active participation are essential to achieving established objectives and ensuring the Company’s success.

We provide anonymous reporting tools through a whistleblowing platform, ensuring the protection of individuals who submit reports so that they are not prosecuted or subjected to retaliation. We believe that an open and transparent environment is essential for identifying and resolving issues promptly, fostering an organizational culture based on integrity and accountability.
